New crew portrait

Assuming that my new background will be available this week, on the 23rd (our third anniversary) I would like to get a new crew portrait. As you know, the spots are limited (4+1) and I'm afraid I have to make a choice about who's in and who is not... I believe that the priority should be given to the active Senior Officers, so these should be Acerin, Azeitona, Blackseagull and Yamel. I know Aldeberan is active too but he usually logs on when we are not online and I would like to get the portrait in the afternoon... let's say around 4pm Ascalon time (note how with the Day Light Saving in the Northern hemisphere Ascalon time didn't change).
Could you please confirm that you'll be online on the afternoon of the 23rd?

Scratch that, It should say the 23th on it. I'll see if I can snatch a computer somewhere.
Doing it in the evening (maybe 6pm ascalon time) would help me a lot

6pm is not a problem for me, I plan to be online (or at least available) from 3pm to 10pm.

I don't think we'll make it in 30 mins, unless we are very organized and already know what clothes we want to wear and what items we want to display. Speaking of which... yeah, what these option should be?
For the clothes we should obviously wear maroon/white. If we want an Imperial-like look you want I could lend you my old bandolier jackets, I have more than three and Blackie could wear the new Epaulets jacket (assuming it will be released on time). Check this gallery.
Shoes: you should be free to opt what shoes you want to wear, only let's agree on a colour. I am positive for both brown and black. I can even lend a pair of black boots, if you need them.
Hat: I think you guys should all wear the same thing while I should wear another one (I will pick the cockade hat). The options for you are: captain's hat, tricorne, buccaneer hat, shako and barehead. I'd exclude bandana, helmets, sleeping hats and wigs.

Items: no idea.

Why not take muskateer hats (I love muskateer hats)
Bandoliers could be good, although I would have to take you up on your offer.
What about pants? Loose pants? Pantaloons look stupid.

8:30pm is fine for me but is Blackie 100% sure that she will get back in time? Otherwise we could try the morning after around 6am Ascalon.

...it's too posh and doesn't fit the military atmosphere, in my opinion. Epaulet jacket with such a hat would suck.

Ok, yesterday we made a final decision.

We'll be wearing maroon/white bandolier jackets (provided by me), plain pants (same), brown boots (you have to buy these) and maroon/white tricorns.
We are going to display the BK eggs. We only need a couple of trinkets to get the WQ or Finius.
It has been scheduled for 8:30pm Ascalon.

I look forward to seeing the portrait! Sounds like it's gonna be good!

Hopefully i'll be logging on soon, some idiot stole my village's internet and phone cable so we've been out since last thursday..

The background has not been released yet. If it's not out tomorrow, which I doubt, we have to post-pone it.

It was just released in a stealth update.
