Stop promoting pirates of GoL!

A message to the Glimmer of Light about Officer promotion.

Allright this has been an issue for a long time now in and I feel I need to write this somewere where it will stay permanently so I don't have to say this again in-game.
Stop promoting Pirates with low skills to Officers!

Yesterday I made a clean up in the crew. I checked each Officers Pirate page individualy and demoted thoose who didn't have the skills asked for to be Officer Let me say this: I had to demote a lot of people, more poeple were demoted than could keep their rank. There was even a 12-year old from Lithuania who (understandably) didn't understand English very well.

I don't mean to be a bad guy, but I can't let anyone reach the higher ranks of the crew just like that, and if I can't - then no one else in the crew should!
Please respect the rules and plese don't waste my time! I don't like to demote people and explain to them why I did it (especially not if they don't speak english well...).
