Answer to Message #1
It's in white text, before reading it, give the code a last try, it's not that hard.
The numbers on the left are the order for the letters, as 1,1 over Italy is the first letter of the message
There are some numbers missing, those are spaces between words
The numbers on the right are the number of letter in the country's name that you need to use. As an example: 1,1 over Italy: the first 1 means it is the first letter in the puzzle, the second 1 menas that the letter is the first letter in the word "ITALY" so, it's an "i"
I wont post the final text, if you want to know it you'll have to solve the rest of the code
